4. Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order with us and receive a full refund within seven days of placing your order, or within seven days of taking delivery of your order, whichever is the longer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at k.holden@pageantmedia.com or by mail or telephone. If possible, please quote your Merchant's Reference and your WorldPay Transaction ID numbers, which would have been given to you at the time that your order was made. We will arrange with you for the return of any goods delivered and the cancellation of services provided with your order. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods. We will then arrange for a refund to be made in full to the bank account from which the original payment was made.
